OUR PROGRAMS

 

We provide an intensive therapeutic day treatment program in a small group and structured educational setting for children.Keeping in mind that every child is unique with individual learning needs, we tailor an Individual Education Plan (IEP) service which is best suited to every single child’s need.The programme equips them with cognitive, communication, social, fine/gross motor and self-help skills.



Widad also offers a half-day program in the afternoon for students receiving educational services at their neighborhood school in the morning. This half-day program includes Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Behaviour modification and wood work.

 

We understand that often children have a wide range of needs that may mean they are spending time with many different professionals, we endeavour to create positive working relationships with all adults (both within Widad Center and externally) and parents to ensure we can provide the best support needed for each individual child.

 

 

Our Full day programme runs 5 days a week from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Sunday to Wednesday and from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday.

 

Our part time therapeutic services runs 4 days a week from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday to Wednesday.
