Nicole’s specialty is centered on inclusive, integration and education for all. In 2007, she graduated with a bachelor degree from the University of San Francisco in Psychology, and about a year and a half later, relocated to Dubai. In Dubai Nicole started and ran the first inclusive educational program that incorporated children with learning differences into mainstream classes at their pace and successfully.

Emma Fell
Operations and Finance Manager
Emma has spent many years in the UK as a regional manager in retail. She came to Dubai in 2013 and worked as an HR consultant for our sponsor Coins ME. It was here that she started to become involved with Widad and in August 2014 moved across permanently to the Widad family as Operations & Finance manager. She is an integral member of the management team who is passionate about inclusion after working as a live in nanny for a special needs child and experiencing first-hand the challenges these wonderful children face.
Divya Rajan
Medical Director/
Occupational Therapist
Since her graduation in 2004, Divya has worked for over 12 years in a variety of paediatric settings in India, Malaysia, Singapore and Dubai.
She is particularly interested in Sensory Processing Disorder and has completed two modules of the Sensory Integration training through University of Southern California, USA. She is also a certified Listening Program practitioner and an Ergonomic practitioner.
Divya specializes in pediatrics and is skilled in working with a broad range of diagnoses with a particular focus on learning disabilities. She enjoys collaborating with parents, teachers and other professionals to ensure the best collaborative outcome for the children.
